The new JCB JZ141 is an extremely productive, reduced tailswing tracked excavator that offers improved safety and superior maneuverability, especially in restricted spaces.

Features

  • Quiet, ergonomic and comfortable operator environment

  • Heavy duty construction with premium componentry to cope with anything

  • STRENGTH IN DEPTH : A JCB JZ141 excavator’s reinforced boom and dipper is made of high tensile strength steel, with internal baffle plates for long life durability. Our advanced manufacturing and assembly processes produce high precision premium quality assembled components. We then add the best components in the industry, including a JCB EcoMAX engine, Berco running gear, Kawasaki pumps and Kayaba main control valves. Our engine is tried and proven; we’ve built over 450,000 DIESELMAX engines since 2004. To ensure similar longevity; the JZ141’s EcoMAX T4F/Stage IIIB engine has been tested for 110,000 hours in 70 machines across the toughest applications and environments worldwide. The high-strength undercarriage of a JCB JZ141 tracked excavator uses a fully welded X-frame construction for long-term durability even in the most demanding applications. A closed box section revolving frame increases strength and reduces stress. It’s also highly resistant to impact damage to cope with the kind of harsh life expected of any excavator. The JCB JZ141 tracked excavator’s high-strength rigid upper frame provides maximum durability and support, while its stiff durable door design offers you added strength and rigidity. JCB dozer blades are now even stronger and more durable than ever because we’ve improved our manufacturing process.

  • PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTIVITY: JCB’s all-new easy-to-use quickhitch system makes attachment changing quicker and easier for you, and is purpose-designed for the JS tracked excavator range. A dozer blade increases versatility when you’re grading. Choose the optional rubber street pads and you can use your JCB JZ141 excavator on sensitive ground like tarmac without causing damage. Simultaneous tracking and excavating is smooth and fast with an intuitive multifunction operation. Proportional controls offer you precise command over attachments and in tasks where you need to perform fine adjustments. A JCB JZ141 is a solid, stable work platform for fast cycle times, while a massive 20,682 lbf bucket tearout – with correspondingly fast cycle times - makes this excavator extremely productive in all applications. Because there’s no DPF on a JCB EcoMAX engine, you benefit from lower maintenance costs. JCB’s innovative hydraulic regeneration system means oil is recycled across the cylinders for faster cycle times and reduced fuel consumption. There’s a full list of auxiliary pipework options including hammer, auxiliary, and low flow. For ultra versatility, these auxiliary options are available with proportional controls.

  • COMFORTABLY SUPERIOR: The JCB JZ141 tracked excavator’s 7" color multi-function display is easy to read in all light conditions, provides instant operational information, and has a customizable home screen. Our new basic tool select system (fitted as standard) allows the operator to set up the single direction auxiliary and hammer circuit to match the flow requirements. The selected flow is achieved by automatically adjusting the engine revs when the hydraulic service is operated. JCB SMART Control gives access to variable working modes with a manually selectable High Plus mode for ultimate productivity. The JZ141 creates a quieter working environment inside and out. Because we’ve reduced noise levels to 70dB(A) inside and 98dB(A) outside, you can use your excavator at any location, any time. This cab uses 6 viscous rubber mounts to minimize noise and vibration, and it’s positively pressured to keep out dirt and dust. There’s also a spacious luggage tray, as well as a large floor area with large high grip pedals. A climate control option offers a precisely controlled cab temperature with fresh or recirculated air. Demisting/defrosting functions keep a JZ141 excavator’s front window clear.

  • No DPF, SCR or DEF maintenance to worry about

  • REDUCED SWING, INCREASED SAFETY: A reduced tailswing configuration is perfect for working in urban environments or where space is at a premium. In short, because the JCB JZ141 excavator’s tail movement is easier to predict and control, safety and operator confidence are increased significantly. This tracked excavator is tailor-made for applications like urban building sites, highway work, house building, forestry, utilities, railways and commercial buildings. The JCB JZ141 excavator is fitted with a rear-view camera, and you can choose to add a side-view unit. An all-new step layout has improved access to the upper structure. The main valve block is located under the steps so you can inspect it very easily. A 70/30 front screen split gives JCB JZ141 tracked excavators excellent front visibility. A clear view of the front right track provides easy, safe trench digging and maneuvering. Optional LED lighting to boost both safety and productivity.
