John Hilberling has served as General Manager of Briggs Earth & AG since July of 2022, where he is charged with leading Sales and Operations to ensure our customers have the solutions to their business needs
Prior to this role, John held numerous industry roles throughout his career as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Sr Vice President of Sales.
John graduated from Lincoln Christian College with a degree in Business Administration.
Joshwa Harris
Branch Manager - Tifton, GA
Joshwa Harris is the Branch Manager and Sales Manager for Briggs Equipment in Tifton, Georgia. He joined Briggs in December 2024 and oversees branch operations, including Service, Parts, Rental, and Sales. In this role, he focuses on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth for the South Georgia market.
Before joining Briggs, Joshwa spent nine years in Sales and Operations Management, gaining extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership, and business development. Joshwa is dedicated to building strong teams and lasting customer relationships, guided by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and service.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Joshwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Diversified Agriculture/Agribusiness.
Jeff Ekiss
Branch Manager - Fort Myers, FL
Jeff Ekiss has served as the Branch Manager for the Briggs JCB in Fort Myers, Fl since June 2024, where he is charged with leading the Branch Operations and Sales within the Southwest Florida market. Since joining Briggs in 2024, Jeff has served as a leader and mentor since taking on the standalone JCB branch and the new ASV product line in early 2025. Jeff is a former Army Veteran with 14 years of experience in sales, operations, heavy equipment, and long-term strategic successful planning.
Jeff holds a degree in Business Management from Hodges University.
Angie Fauls
Branch Manager - Jacksonville, FL
Angie Fauls has served as the Branch Manager for the Jacksonville Metropolitan Area since December of 2023, where she is charged with leading Branch Operations and Customer Excellence.
Prior to joining Briggs, Angie served at a major international manufacturing company for more than 15 years where she held multiple roles, including Plant Operations Manager.
Angie received her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Management from University of Phoenix.
Rocky Johnson
Branch Manager - Orlando, FL
Rocky Johnson brings more than 30 years of operational leadership experience to his role as Branch Manager for the Orlando JCB branch, where he oversees operations, sales, and customer service to deliver industry-leading equipment solutions across Central Florida.
Prior to leading the Orlando branch, Rocky served as Branch Manager for Briggs industrial in Jacksonville, driving growth, building strong teams, and elevating customer satisfaction. His broader career includes key management positions with CIG Logistics, Nabors Industries, AOL Time Warner, and BellSouth, where he developed a deep foundation in operations, process improvement, and people leadership.
A proud United States Navy veteran, Rocky credits his military service for shaping his disciplined leadership style, commitment to excellence, and team-first mindset. He holds a degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from ITT Technical Institute–Jacksonville.
Rocky continues to strengthen Briggs JCB’s presence and performance throughout the Central Florida market.
Dylan Zobkiw
Branch Manager - Tampa, FL
Dylan Zobkiw serves as Branch Manager the Tampa location, where he leads daily operations, team development, and customer partnerships across the region. With more than a decade of experience in the machinery and material handling industry, Dylan is known for his operational expertise, customer-first mindset, and strategic approach to growth.
Before joining Briggs JCB, Dylan spent nearly nine years with Konecranes, advancing through roles in business development, service planning, and branch management across multiple markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the State University of New York College at Oswego, combining creative problem-solving with strong operational discipline.
Dylan’s leadership style centers on efficiency, accountability, and delivering value, qualities that continue to drive success for Briggs JCB’s Tampa operations.
